In order to bring consistency in-tree, migrate all tests to the new
prefix <zephyr/...>. Note that the conversion has been scripted, refer
to #45388 for more details.

Tests should always start with test_, otherwise detection of subtests
will not work through sanitycheck.

With removal of NFFS from Zaphyr it would be no longer possible to
test multifs with NFFS and LittleFS will be now used instead.
