1cccc8a8fe cmake: increase minimal required version to 3.20.0
Move to CMake 3.20.0.

At the Toolchain WG it was decided to move to CMake 3.20.0.

The main reason for increasing CMake version is better toolchain
support.

Better toolchain support is added in the following CMake versions:
- armclang, CMake 3.15
- Intel oneAPI, CMake 3.20
- IAR, CMake 3.15 and 3.20

fff0aee9ee tests: fix accel abstraction violation
As documented in doc/guides/dts/api-usage.rst, the generated
devicetree macros should be considered an implementation detail.

Replace direct usage of one with an equivalent that uses the API.

70b3e55bd9 Test: Refine annotaion and test code for sensor subsys.
1. Add more detail info to make the purpose and process
of the test cases more clear which include test goal,
test step, input, judging criteria, constraints, etc.,
and these can be seen in our Zephyr documentations.
2. Add some negative test code.

e18fcbba5a device: Const-ify all device driver instance pointers
Now that device_api attribute is unmodified at runtime, as well as all
the other attributes, it is possible to switch all device driver
instance to be constant.

A coccinelle rule is used for this:

0b2fa63191 Tests: create new test cases to verify sensor APIs.
1. Create a dummy sensor driver and implement the sensor interfaces:
    .sample_fetch = &dummy_sensor_sample_fetch,
    .channel_get = &dummy_sensor_channel_get,
    .attr_set = dummy_sensor_attr_set,
    .trigger_set = dummy_sensor_trigger_set.

2. Create below two test cases to verify the sensor subsys APIs:
    test_sensor_get_channels() for verifying sensor channel APIs,
    test_sensor_handle_triggers for verifying sensor trigger APIs.

68b89da299 tests: Adding more sensor build tests.
Add another group of sensors tests. Ideally these would be added to
the existing sensor test, however we are at the ROM limit of the
default board, enabling the rest of the bmc150 driver code is
sufficient to break the link. Ideally these build tests would succeed
on as larger group of boards as possible, therefore rather than switch
the default board to something with more ROM it seems more appropriate
to create more, smaller tests.

Moving the current partial bmc150 build test from its current home to
a new test and adding the missing parts of the driver.

This split of sensor tests into multiple groups is arbitrary,
suggestions for a systematic approach welcome.
