9cddbd5990 include: drivers: dma.h DMA_MAGIC is a 32-bit magic code 
The magic code to identify context content is a 32-bit value
defined in the dma.h. When tested against the dma_context magic element,
both format must be aligned.

ef560e0a53 drivers: Manual const-ification of device driver instance 
These are all the case that coccinelle cannot find as they are inside
macro declarations.

Fixed via:

e18fcbba5a device: Const-ify all device driver instance pointers 
Now that device_api attribute is unmodified at runtime, as well as all
the other attributes, it is possible to switch all device driver
instance to be constant.

A coccinelle rule is used for this:

020dab824c api: dma: Pass the dma device pointer as parameter to callback 
Normalize callback like other APIs.
This clarifies the callback usage. It will also help to switch all
device instance to constants.

86bfc489f4 scripts: Replace hard-coded subsystem list with __subsystem annotations. 
This change removes the hardcoded subsystem list in gen_kobject_list.py
favor of marking the relevant driver API structs with the _subsystem
sentinel.

46a5d1e5cb cleanup: include/: move dma.h to drivers/dma.h 
move dma.h to drivers/dma.h and
create a shim for backward-compatibility.

No functional changes to the headers.
A warning in the shim can be controlled with CONFIG_COMPAT_INCLUDES.
