DT_SPEC related macro tests (ADC_DT_SPEC_GET_BY_NAME, MBOX_DT_SPEC_GET)
should not appear in this test because the configuration does not turn
on any devices
Move DP_SPEC-related tests to api_ext and enable the related device in the
configuration

In order to bring consistency in-tree, migrate all tests to the new
prefix <zephyr/...>. Note that the conversion has been scripted, refer
to #45388 for more details.

This patch is doing two things:
- it is removing the fallback on the path. This is not possible anymore
since the DT binding file is now actually requiring the
'zephyr,memory-region' property to be present from which the region
name is obtained.
- it is sanitizing the name when CONFIG_CMAKE_LINKER_GENERATOR is used
or not.
