The test relies on enabling connection iso features in the host. As the
controller does not yet support them, this configuration does not really
make sense. But because the test is not using this functionality, we
work around it by pretending the controller supports it.

The controller does not support connected ISO yet, so it does not make
sense to build it form devices that build both host and controller.

When performing a combined host and controller build, there is no point
in presenting the option to enable a given host feature if the
controller does not support it. This reduces the list of presented
features to enable/disable.

With the current clang-format rules, we have that multi-line macros that
contain empty lines (usual in driver definition macros) are formatted
with spaces only, no leading tabs. For example:
```c
#define MYDRIVER_DEFINE(i) \
struct mydriver_data data##i; \
\ /* starts with spaces */
struct mydriver_config config##i; \
...
```
This patch makes checkpatch ignore such cases, so that clang-format can
be used in tree while keeping checkpatch happy.

This commit selectively disables the dangling pointer warning
(`-Wdangling-pointer`) for the compilation of the `alternate_thread`
function because it deliberately makes use of a dangling pointer in
order to test stack randomisation.

_current_cpu is a macro that expands to an assert that checks if the
current context can be migrated to a another cpu. Since this
pm_system_suspend() is called from the idle thread (each cpu has its
own) and with locked this check is redundant. Just use
arch_curr_cpu() to avoid it.

pm_system_resume() can be called from the idle thread with
interruptions unmasked. In this situation, _current_cpu will call
z_smp_cpu_mobile() that will return true and cause an assert.
In this function we don't need to check if the current context can be
preempted, we just need the information about which cpu is executing
it.

This commit selectively disables the infinite recursion warning
(`-Winfinite-recursion`), which may be reported by GCC 12 and above,
for the `disable_table` function because no actual infinite recursion
will occur under normal circumstances.

The STM32H7A3 SoC supports a CPU clock up to 280 MHz for VOS0. The AHB
bus is also limited to 280 MHz, while the APB buses are limited to
140 MHz.
This patch updates the PLL configuration to change the CPU frequency to
280 MHz, while tkaing into account the above constraints.
The Q output divisor is adjusted to keep a frequency in the same range,
in practice increased from 48 to 56 MHz. It is currently only used by
the SPI so that should not be an issue, especially given the SPI
interface can use much higher frequencies.
