Just a minor fix to the gnss_emul.c to fix a the missing
month_day data. Also minor spelling fixes in the test code.

native_posix is now deprecated.
Building these tests in both native_sim and native_posix does not
improve coverage for the tests or subsystem but doubles CI time.
As anyhow native_posix will be removed all together in
2 releases, let's remove it already for these.

Add overlay and conf for emulated boards allowing the test suite
along with the emulated GNSS driver to be built and tested by CI.

device adheres to the GNSS API.

This commit adds utilites to parse the RMC and GGA
NMEA0183 messages, which contain all data which shall be
published using the struct gnss_data.
It also adds a test suite for the added utilities.

This commit adds parsing utilites for common string
representations of values contained in GNSS messages.
These utilites both parse and validate the integrity of
the data.
Unit tests are also added to validate the parsing
utilities.
