Have separate Bluetooth Device address get and read
functions, remove use of function just to return Extended
Advertising Random address and replace with simple
assignment statement.

To avoid hitting the following violation:
Violation to rule 5.7 (Tag name should be unique)
Replace the use of "shell" in the shell as an instance of a pointer to
const struct shell.

Remove cmd_ull_reset command, as this would put the host out
of sync. Also, this command is seldom used/required.

role implementation from the repository.

Add Bluetooth Link Layer LE Advertising Extensions commands
for manual testing the feature during development. First one
being advx command to start non-connectable non-scannable
extended advertising.
