Move the network buffer header file from zephyr/net/buf.h to
zephyr/net_buf.h as the implementation now lives outside of the networking
subsystem.
Add (deprecated) zephyr/net/buf.h header to maintain compatibility with old
file path.

Add isolated pool (static and dynamic) to the sample illustrating how to
use that and performing some testing in different scenarios.

Adjust the sample to work with the priority boost. It illustrates zbus
being used inside an ISR instead of into the main function.

Add a name for the Kconfig choice symbol
indicating the Zbus subscriber buffer allocation
and adjust the name of the existing choices.
