Moves around the shell files so that they are placed nearer
to the features they expose access to.
A few changes as possible has been made.

Adds, removes and modifies includes in all LE audio
files.
Fixes any found spelling mistakes as well.
Fixes a few places where incorrect types were used.

Move all audio related shell implementations to the
audio directory, to use the same structure as Mesh.
