d2a56c5047 drivers: crypto: Add multipart hash support
Add a new API to support multipart hash calculation. The API allows
split the data input to be split in small chunks.

ced9909b50 drivers: crypto: Add hash support
Several HW with crypto accelerators have also hash capabilities.
The semantic for hashing is different of ciphers, so this commit
introduce support for hashing within crypto drivers.

The API is following the driver with the operation assigned /
associated with the session.

981ea3042e drivers: crypto: Keep namespace consistent
The API to set a callback has the namespace cipher but the driver
function pointer was using the namespace crypto. As this API belongs
to the cipher subgroup, just rename the function pointer in the driver
to be consistent.

for ciphers some of them also apply for hashes.

df3d1f83f7 drivers: crypto: Rename cipher file
This file defines the crypto driver API, cipher is supposed to be just
one type of capability (other can be hash) of these drivers, just
change the file name to be consistent with it.

d1628ba035 drivers: crypto: Add cipher namespace in some API
Add 'cipher' namespace in some in the driver API since these
operations are for cipher.

Set a namespace to make it clear that these are cipher operations,
this allow further functionalities, like hash, to be added in this
driver API.

e18fcbba5a device: Const-ify all device driver instance pointers
Now that device_api attribute is unmodified at runtime, as well as all
the other attributes, it is possible to switch all device driver

A coccinelle rule is used for this:

0ff77b10e1 crypto: api: New capability flag CAP_NO_IV_PREFIX
Zephyr crypto API currently does not allow IV to be treated as separate
entity. This is mostly due to fact that underlying libraries expect the
IV to be prefixed to the cipher/plain text for performance reasons. But
there are cases where the IV is derived from other sources and not
directly transmitted to the other end. In such cases, it must be treated
as a first class citizen.

This patch adds a new capability flag `CAP_NO_IV_PREFIX` to the crypto
API that allows operations without prefixing the IV to the cipher/plain
text. When `CAP_NO_IV_PREFIX` is active (and supported), the IV passed
to cipher_*_op() must not be modified.

As a side effect, the length of the cipher/plain texts are equal;
allowing for in-place encryption/decryption.

d4c816abd8 crypto: Remove useless attribute
There is no need of 2 level status reporting, returned code from
synchronous call or the status code in the async callback should be
enough to tell why it did not work.

And this attribute is anyway unused anywhere.

This helps to save 4 bytes, in total, out of struct cipher_pkt.
(3 bytes were lurking around as the status attribute was only 1 byte).

cc334c7273 Convert remaining code to using newly introduced integer sized types
Convert code to use u{8,16,32,64}_t and s{8,16,32,64}_t instead of C99
integer types. This handles the remaining includes and kernel, plus
touching up various points that we skipped because of include
dependancies. We also convert the PRI printf formatters in the arch
code over to normal formatters.
