Convert them to native YAML lists. Support for space-separated
lists was deprecated in Twister a long time ago.

Return availability of free buffers after data is consumed. This
information may be important for the module using uart_async_rx to
schedule next reception if there is a new buffer available.

filtering by CONFIG_SERIAL always matches, we need a different filter
and be able to enable the driver if supported.

The test was actually filtered out in the integration platforms
(native_sim) as SERIAL was not enabled in its prj.conf
and that is not enabled by default for this target.
Let's just enable it.
