GAP PAST (and BAP) tests were also enabled since controller support is
under review.
This also adds bqw file which is exported draft project from
Qualification Workspace.

Unfortunatelly new Qualification Workspace is not able to properly import
ICS if file is UNIX line endings.

The .bls files are no longer useful after the BT SIG switched
qualification tool. This will still remain in the git history
and can safely be removed.

Profile names MBT and DFU are updated as MBTM and DFUM respectively,
according to TCRL 2024-1.

With new BT SIG Qualification Workspace it is no longer possible to
export/import full project. Only ICS export/import is possible.

Mesh v1.1, DFU v1.0 and MBT v1.0 are supported by default in the stack.
In this regard, this commit updates the ICS file and Launch Studio
Project file to reflect supported features.

This updates host Launch Studio Project and ICS to TCRL 2023-1.
BLS file is deliberately left with Windows CRLF line terminators
since otherwise Launch Studio silently fails to import such
project.

Uploaded the Bluetooth Launch Studio generated projects and
ICS files. These files can be imported into Bluetooth users
Launch Studio, with their Bluetooth SIG account, and
generate the test plans.
This file provide detailed information in Launch Studio of
the supported Core features, Host Services and Profiles,
and Audio services.
