Andy Ross 0e83961b21 arch/xtensa: soc/xtensa/intel_adsp: Enable KERNEL_COHERENCE 
Implement the kernel "coherence" API on top of the linker
cached/uncached mapping work.

Add Xtensa handling for the stack coherence API.
