Juan Manuel Cruz 0e301cc07f Kconfig symbols for kernel and misc directory. 
This commit adds the Kconfig files that describe the CONFIG
symbols that belongs to the kernel directory and subdirectories.
It includes the misc directory Kconfig as well.
