Nicolas Pitre 7deca2e0b4 tests/cmsis_rtos_v2: exclude m2gl025_miv due to tick rate conflict ... Commit ee4c23cc1f ("CMSIS v2: Work around time unit confusion") enforced CONFIG_SYS_CLOCK_TICKS_PER_SEC=1000 on this test, but the m2gl025_miv platform has some issues with it.
