Francois Ramu e7a071f43c tests: lib: cmis_dsp transform requires more than 128KB of RAM 
Increase the min ram configuration when running the
libraries.cmsis_dsp.transform.cf64 testcase of the
tests/lib/cmsis_dsp/transform/
