Daniel Leung 75fd531164 tests: mem_map: test if z_phys_unmap reclaim memory correctly 
This adds a test to see if z_phys_unmap() can reclaim memory
correctly, so that the next z_phys_map() re-uses the same
address (with identical input arguments).
