This commit updates the CI workflows to use the latest "checkout" action v3, which is based on Node.js 16. Note that Node.js 12-based actions are now deprecated by GitHub and may stop working in the near future. Signed-off-by: Stephanos Ioannidis <root@stephanos.io>
