Peter Mitsis 44c5409140 Remove references to VisualDSP. ... VisualDSP is not supported. Furthermore, with the removal of the VisualDSP comment, there is no longer any justification for the custom BENCH_MIN() macro. Thus, it is simply replaced with min()--defined in "util.h".
