Sergio Rodriguez 2e2ad8166e qemu: Creation of QEMU specific platforms Setting up new platforms to handle emulation, and make them the only ones able to run on QEMU from the Makefile "qemu" target to avoid confusion with other platforms. Title: Random Number Generator APIs

Description:

This test verifies the following random number APIs operate
as expected:
sys_rand32_get()

Building and Running Project:

This microkernel project outputs to the console.  It can be built and executed
on QEMU as follows:

    make pristine
    make qemu
