Johan Hedberg f1d4b686b6 Bluetooth: Rename bt_bredr_* prefix to bt_br_* 
bt_br_* is equally understandable and the same length as the
corresponding bt_le_* prefix on the LE side.

First serial line is multiplexed with qemu monitor and bluetooth shell
(btshell) is running there. Use help to check list of commands.
