Neither of these options is actually used; CPU_CLOCK_FREQ_MHZ appears to have been part of x86 BOOT_TIME_MEASUREMENT at some point, and PERFORMANCE_METRICS is the stillborn cousin of EXECUTION_BENCHMARKS.
