Vinayak Kariappa Chettimada ef8b05e83a Bluetooth: Controller: Preliminary Central multiple CIS support ... Implementation of preliminary Central with multiple CIS create support in Lower Link Layer. Uses a simple CIS offset calculation that works when ACL are created with connection interval that is multiple of CIG ISO interval. Each ACLs are offset using BT_CTLR_CENTRAL_SPACING hence having the same CIG sync delay values for all the ACLs. Advanced Scheduling to setup CIS in any order of ACL and CIS combination, ACL placed anywhere in timeline and CIS creation will come therein will be implemented in later Pull Requests.
