Emil Gydesen cd5a9f62bb tests: Bluetooth: CCID: Add unit testing of CCID 
Add unit tests of the CCID functions.
To support these new tests, the GATT mocks need to
support dynamic GATT DB so we can add and remove
a service that contains CCIDs.
