Gil Pitney 70040f0e11 boards: Add support for the CC3220SF_LAUNCHXL board 
CC3220SF_LAUNCHXL effectively replaces the CC3200_LAUNCHXL,
with support for the CC3220SF SoC, which is an update for
the CC3200 SoC.

This is supported by the Texas Instruments CC3220 SDK.

Title: Execute in Place (XIP) Support

Description:

This test verifies XIP is working

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Building and Running Project:

This project outputs to the console.  It can be built and executed
on QEMU as follows:

    make run

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Troubleshooting:

Problems caused by out-dated project information can be addressed by
issuing one of the following commands then rebuilding the project:

    make clean          # discard results of previous builds
                        # but keep existing configuration info
or
    make pristine       # discard results of previous builds
                        # and restore pre-defined configuration info
