Maciej Perkowski 824ccc00df tests: samples: tfm: Increase timeout for tfm samples tests 
Scenarios sample.tfm.psa_test_crypto and
sample.tfm.psa_test_crypto require longer timeout to fully finish.
This commit increase them accordingly.
