Kumar Gala 1737bd082d zephyr: Use deprecated instead of legacy for Kconfig int types 
Rename the Kconfig symbol from LEGACY_ZEPHYR_INT_TYPES to
DEPRECATED_ZEPHYR_INT_TYPES.
