The test ocassionally fails on the mps2_an385 platform in the CI, due to strict timing requirements of the test. Relax the timeouts and acceptable fuzz time a bit, to prevent the failures in the future. Signed-off-by: Robert Lubos <robert.lubos@nordicsemi.no>
