Chris Friedt e431cfbbe5 posix: eventfd: select eventfd by default with CONFIG_POSIX_API 
Although the eventfd API is not (yet) a part of POSIX,
it's pretty well ubiquitous on POSIX systems now.

Enable it by default when `CONFIG_POSIX_API=y`.
