Johann Fischer 33625fd37b boards: remove options LVGL_HOR_RES_MAX and LVGL_VER_RES_MAX 
Remove options LVGL_HOR_RES_MAX and LVGL_VER_RES_MAX.
Keep the options for mimxrt10xx_evk boards as they
cannot yet be obtained there from devicetree.
