Modify #ifdefs so that any code that is compiled if CONFIG_ARMV7_R is set is also compiled if CONFIG_ARMV7_A is set. Modify #ifdefs so that any code that is compiled if CONFIG_CPU_CORTEX_R is set is also compiled if CONFIG_CPU_AARCH32_CORTEX_A is set. Modify source dir inclusion in CMakeLists.txt accordingly.
