Yonattan Louise 16a2c5800d Fix function declarations on samples 
This commit fixes the coding style of the function declarations and aligning
the open and close brackets and change the style of parameter's documentation.

Title: test_pool

Description:

This test verifies that the microkernel memory pool APIs operate as expected.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Building and Running Project:

This microkernel project outputs to the console.  It can be built and executed
on QEMU as follows:

    make pristine
    make microkernel.qemu

If executing on Simics, substitute 'simics' for 'qemu' in the command line.
