Vinayak Kariappa Chettimada 649a6250bf tests: Bluetooth: bsim: Verify multiple broadcaster and chain PDU 
Added BabbleSim test to reuse the Broadcaster Multiple and
Oberver samples to verify multiple advertising sets and
transmission of Extended Advertising Chain PDU.
