This commit updates the CI workflows to use the CI image v0.24.11 that includes BabbleSim v1.1.2, which improves simulation stability and fixes the intermittent failures currently reported by the Bluetooth test workflow. Signed-off-by: Stephanos Ioannidis <root@stephanos.io>
