Evgeniy Paltsev d2b5ac20d1 ARC: ARCv3: enable shared cache if available ... In case of ARCv3 we have shared cache disabled after reset (in ARCv2 it was enabled by default). Let's enable it at early boot phase (if it's available in HW).
