Vinayak Kariappa Chettimada 70a1827fc1 Bluetooth: Controller: Use the received coding scheme for Periodic Sync 
Use the received coding scheme when receiving Periodic
Advertising PDUs for correctly calculating the receive
chain delay and on-air PDU time.

Relates to commit 6911e7e1d8 ("Bluetooth: Controller: Use
the received coding scheme when scanning").
