Keith Packard d90fa562b2 lib/printk: Use picolibc's vfprintf instead of cbvprintf 
When using picolibc, change vprintk to use picolibc's vfprintf instead of
cbvprintf.

Building samples/hello-world for qemu-cortex-m3.

old:
