Chen Peng1 f4cf484ac6 tests: heap: validate sys_heap_runtime_stats_get API 
Add CONFIG_SYS_HEAP_RUNTIME_STATS in existing heap tests
to enable validation for sys_heap_runtime_stats_get API.
