Because MC3419's TRIGGER's Kconfig was different from the typical configuration, the `build_all` test settings were not correctly applied. The Kconfig configuration has been revised to be set in conjunction with MC3419_TRIGGER_OWN_THREAD, even if MC3419_TRIGGER is not explicitly specified.
