Jan Van Winkel 75677c6dac tests: cxx: Enable exceptions 
Added test run with exceptions enabled.

Boards colibri_imx7d_m4, warp7_m4 and pico_pi_m4 have been excluded
from test run as they do not have sufficient ROM.
