Hubert Miś 5548917e69 bluetooth: hci: rpmsg: Use RPMsg Service 
This patch modifies Bluetooth HCI RPMsg drivers and samples to use
RPMsg Service instead of configuring OpenAMP directly in the driver
or the sample.
