Ulf Magnusson d1dff7129b drivers: gpio: Remove redundant GPIO dep. from GPIO_HT16K33 
GPIO_HT16K33 is defined in drivers/gpio/Kconfig.ht16k33, which is
source'd within an 'if GPIO' in drivers/gpio/Kconfig.
