Thomas Stenersen 923658a981 drivers: clock_control: nrf: add choice variable 
Add choice variables for CLOCK_CONTROL_NRF_SOURCE and
CLOCK_CONTROL_NRF_ACCURACY such that the choices may be augmented
out-of-tree.
