Anas Nashif cfbe9b05a1 kernel: rename NANOKERNEL_TICKLESS_IDLE_SUPPORTED 
rename NANOKERNEL_TICKLESS_IDLE_SUPPORTED to
TICKLESS_IDLE_SUPPORTED and remove nanokernel occurances in Kconfig
files.

Make TICKLESS_IDLE depend on hardware that supports it.
