Bogdan Davidoaia 4946e3e6e6 sensor: remove SENSOR_VALUE_TYPE_INT 
Remove SENSOR_VALUE_TYPE_INT as it is the same as
SENSOR_VALUE_TYPE_INT_PLUS_MICRO with val2 set to 0.

A simple thermometer example

Building and Running Project:

This project writes the temperature to the console once per second.
It can be built and executed on bbc_microbit as follows:

    make
