Anas Nashif cfbe9b05a1 kernel: rename NANOKERNEL_TICKLESS_IDLE_SUPPORTED ... rename NANOKERNEL_TICKLESS_IDLE_SUPPORTED to TICKLESS_IDLE_SUPPORTED and remove nanokernel occurances in Kconfig files.
