Benjamin Walsh ba7f55b92b tickless idle: remove APM dependency on MICROKERNEL ... The ARCv2 will provide support for nanokernel tickless idle. The other architectures still have the MICROKERNEL dependency by having the APM menu depend on MICROKERNEL.
