Paul Sokolovsky 8e1d78c357 libc: minimal: Make fcntl.h be at top level, not sys/fcntl.h ... Placing it at sys/fcntl.h was due to mimicking internal newlib's layout, but what we need is this file at the standard location, for reuse.
