Nathan Olff b58e242a52 sys: ignore ineffective bitwise and from clang-tidy ... When running clang-tidy, an 'ineffective bitwise and operation' (type misc-redundant-expression) was detected on Z_CBPRINTF_IS_PCHAR macro.
