Allan Stephens 678a2a90bd Limit exposure of non-public microkernel "no-op" API ... Hides the existence of _task_nop() from everyone but the microkernel's no-op subsystem itself. (This change forces the sample benchmark project that measures no-op performance to explicitly declare this API itself.)
